FAQ

How long will my order take to arrive?

I aim to despatch all orders within 14-21 working days. All orders are posted using Royal Mail, 2nd Class Signed For. This usually takes 2-3 working days. Any delays by Royal Mail are out of our control - I hold no responsibility over postal delays.

International orders are posted using Royal Mail, International Tracked.

Please note that 14-21 working days is my despatch aim and not a guarantee. Occasionally I may exceed this due to high order volume, or if I am unable to post due to bad weather conditions or issues outside of my control.

I need my order before the stated turnaround, is that possible?

Occasionally, I am able to despatch your order the same working day if contacted before 12pm, or the following working day if contacted after this time. This is not always possible, so please contact me as soon as possible, prior to placing your order, to discuss your requirements. There is a £5 charge per order, for all rush orders placed.

I have missed my delivery, what happens next?

You can arrange re delivery online via the Royal Mail website. We are unable to do this on your behalf. Further information can be found here: https://www.royalmail.com/personal/receiving-mail/redelivery/ 

If you request a re delivery ensure you have received a confirmation email. If in any doubt, contact Royal Mail quoting your tracking number or reference number (which is on the red slip that they will leave to advise you of failed delivery).

If your parcel is not collected or redelivered and is returned to us, additional postage costs will incur to re-send.

What happens if my order is lost in the post?

In the event of your order getting lost in the post, after 15 working days I am able to report it as lost to the Royal Mail (for UK orders) and send out replacements. I am unable to offer refunds in this type of scenario, but I will offer a like for like replacement to you.

Can I cancel or return my order if I change my mind?

I am unable to accept cancellations or returns to any orders placed. This is due to the handmade nature of my products.

In the unlikely event that you have a problem with your order, I will provide you with a like for like replacement/s. The faulty item will need to be returned and once inspected and deemed to be faulty, I will post a replacement to you. No additional costs will be incurred by yourself. Returns need to be received within fourteen days of you notifying me of your issue - they need to be in unused condition and in their original packaging.

I have already placed an order - can I add to it to save on postage?

Yes, please contact us for a free shipping code. Please note that this may add time onto despatch - depending on how many items you are adding to your order.

I would like to place a custom order - is this possible?
